Service Level Packages

Annual service level information:

Our service levels are broken up into 3 tiers from lowest Tier 1 to the highest Tier 3.  Customized service solutions are available on a negotiated basis.

·         Basic research package:
includes 3 to 6 of our new internally generated investment ideas with overview reports; updates; maintenance research; and limited analyst contact.

·         Tier 1 service level:
includes “basic research package” plus our due diligence research on 5 to 10 client generated ideas.  Our research will consist of a summary opinion and a basic valuation model on each client idea.

·        Tier 2 service level:
includes the Tier 1 service level plus an  increase of due diligence research to 10 to 15 client generated ideas.  Our research will  consist of a more in depth investment analysis and opinion and more detailed valuation models. In addition, several client specified special sector/industry/company research projects will be performed.

·         Tier 3 service level:  
includes the Tier 2 service level plus our assumption of the monitoring and management of one of your portfolio’s sectors and/or industries.  We will be fully responsible for all individual company maintenance research and modeling for all holdings in that segment of the portfolio (maximum of 10 holdings).  All trading and investment decisions remain with the client.

·         Subscription service:
includes "basic research package" with no analyst contact.
